The anniversary exhibition Friendship. Nature. Culture. 44 Years of the Daimler Art Collection looks back on the development of one of the most important international corporate collections. Around 100 works by around 70 artists have been selected from the more than 3,000 works of art in the collection, which was founded in 1977. In a broad sense, they take up relationships to contemporary phenomena in the context of friendship, nature and culture. The motifs and contents of the works from a period of 100 years form networks and open up resonance spaces that explore the interplay between art and human coexistence.
